[Ruby blushes and hands over the bouquet. Penny removes her ribbon and ties them together before smelling them]
Penny - The smell of roses is my favorite smell. They remind me of you
[Penny takes a bashful Ruby’s hand and walks her through the park, talking about the new expereinces she has had since the last time they had met. Ruby stared at her smiling]
Penny- Friend Ruby, are you listening ?
Ruby - You were talking about jumping in a pool to discover how getting wet felt
Penny - …you looked zoned out
Ruby - I mean….we’re going to have to have a talk about things meat people need to be careful about. But I’m just so happy that YOU’RE happy
Penny- I am happy
Ruby - I’ve been worried that you’d be mad that I gave you that new body without permission
[Penny takes her hand and pulls it to her heart]
Penny- It does not matter whether I am made of nuts and bolts or squishy parts. I am happy to be alive and expereincing new things with you
[Ruby smiles]
Penny - I have this life, thanks to you
Ruby - I am going to kiss you
Penny - [blushes] That is good. I have been wanting to try that 🙂
